BAD SERVICE

I'm not happy with the service I've received from multichoice, I cannot pay you guys on time and then you decide to disconnect the service every after 3 days, and I have a bill of R800 which I know nothing about.. Even now my services are disconnected for what there's no reason, I've tried to make contacts with you guys since 7am in the morning but I don't get any assistance
