Bad service

Horrible service and incorrect information given by the agents and managers, I called to find out how much I was owing as my debit order bounced, taking accountability for that, I was told an amount and told my internet it will immediately reconnect after I pay that amount, I paid the amount, but it was not reconnected, when I call back again I was told the agent did not give me the correct amount, even after I confirmed with agent so many times, manager promise to call back but they never call back.
