Bad service

One can't complain about the service because there isn't any service. I paid my account on the 1st of every month but they still put it off, due to been behind on payments. We I phone and send proof of payment they say it's a system problem. Sorry. This after been on the phone for more then 30min. The next Friday same story, this has happened 3 times. How do they not fix the system problem in a months time.
