Bad Service

I an honestly disgusted my the service multichoice is been giving me, I have been call from Monday the 8th August so them to load the data which I paid for the only thing they give is they are unable to access the dstv internet, who should be able to access it since the are the employees the but can not do their job. we use our money to pay the but we are still treated like they are giving us the service for free, I have been put on hold for more than 30 minuets 3 times in one day,
