Bad service

Not happy we the services from multichoice regarding their internet, after each and every 3 or 2 months you have to call requesting them to upload your day data, all they know is to tell you that they apologies/ we will escalade your matter, paid on the 15 even know they haven't uploaded my data, this is nonsense we have paid for this but they act like we owing them.
