Bad service

I called in on 02/02/2022 to have my money paid by mistake transferred from wife account to my account. It hasn't been done even today instead dstv. so i decided not to have dstv anymore. I will just use netflix. I am disgusted by dstv really disgusted by bad service. I will never use dstv again.
