BAD SERVICE

I am so disappointed in DSTV for selling customer dreams. I upgraded to DSTV Compact plus under the promotion of R460 per month for 2 months but it never app**** to my account balance. Every time I call I get a run aound from this department to another. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR BAD SERVICE, I NEED ANSWERS NOW!!!!!
