Bad service

I have called their call centre 6 times about my refund and everytime I call I'm told that their finance have a lot of refunds to do & it might take time as if that is my problem. Bad service is what dstv customer care specialises on & it's not my problem that they debited more than what they were supposed to debit & I want my refund but it's 2 weeks now & still have not received help with my refund.
