bad service

my subscription fee is paid through debit order every month, multichoice didn't deduct the money on the 24th and disconnected me this morning and expect me to pay R449 instead of R399 i pay monthly. Its not my fault they have *********** employees who are not doing their job. i refuse to pay penalty fee cause i've done nothing wrong, they failed to debit the money on the 24th July. they should reconnect immediately.
