Bad Service

I had a R601,00 credit amount on my account on the 1st June 2019. This amount have disappeared from my account. After numerous calls to DSTV up to date NO one called me to solve this problem. I am definitely anticipating of cancelling by Premium package with DSTV like numerous other clients. Never had such a bad experience with DSTV in 20 years that I have been a loyal customer.
