Bad service

Dstv's service sucks.. Had a problem with our decoder and called on behalf of my father since he could not speak due to teeth extraction i was told that he had to be with me in the room so that he can say yes or no how does it make sense if he cannot speak in the first place.. Been sitting with a decoder that's not working for over a couple of hours just because my father have to be in a room.. Pathetic i tell you. Pathetic
