BAD SERVICE

Bad service from Multi-choice and it's agent. After paying over R600 (subscription) + R120 (Airtime). My extra view is not playing/working. Why should I retain my subscription?

Already unemployment is high yet the call center agent have bad attitudes and refuse to provide assistance, they put me on hold for 20min.
