Bad Service!!!!

Dstv are a bunch of ****** over charge your account, disconnect you before the 1St of each month, I paid online and the money went off my account yesterday but they apparently offline since yesterday cant find my payment but the money is out my account you spend over R100 airtime to be told nothing pathetic!!!!
