BAD SERVICE

Bad bad bad service .... having to rent a dstv but end up not watching anything because of the poor system ,even the consultant that is suppose to help is beating around bushes, giving false hope it's a bad publicity . Multichoice should focus on their customer base because it is bad for us to pay money where as u will be offline for days .. this is disappointing ????????????????
