Bad Service

I made a pricelock compact deal, which is R499pm. The decoder was delivered and an installer came and I got an E107-4 message. I have been calling multichoice about this and I was given a ref number and promised some1 will call me. A week later the E107-4 message is still on but to my surprise I'm told that my account is active and I will be debited R1280 on the 25. No 1 is able to tell me how they got to 1280? They want to debit me for a service I am not receiving. I'm really disappointed by this
