bad service

i had a case where someone called pretending to be form dstv money was paid over to client i realized it was ***** cause my channels weren't activated. 2ndly i have had chats with 2 people who went and completed the chats while i was asking for assistance because they were being very rude and ***********. i would like to lay a complaint against both these agents Khanyisile khanyile and i see the first time it was also this rude lady she doesn't know how to work to client i want to lay a formal complaint against her. secondly i have started this request beginning 13 days later every time it is 48 hours for feedback ....ref no ***0
