Bad service

I have send a R500 refund request on the 29th of December and have not received my money back. I get ask re send the same statement to do many people. I was promised I last week that the money would be in my account. I was told today another 72hours. It's insane! ********** 8 is my customer number. I am not going to wait 72 or 24 hrs. I send the proof on the 29th already, that's was 6 days ago!. My cell number is ********** 363. My R500 is generating interest in your account while I have to wait.
