Bad service

My name name is Thozama Myeko and your consultants persuaded me to take the explorer and it was eventually delivered to me after delays. Its been 3 weeks now and i was allocated an installer whom never after many promises. I contacted the service center and i spoke to Kgotso and his team leader Kogile on reference number ********** 1/I122, who assured me that they were going to escalate my query and allocate a new installer Gejana communications. I have since to hear anythijg from both kogile nor the new installer and in the meantime i am expected to pay the R120 for the explorer every month. Can someone reslove this and ensure that i get this thing installed or you come and fetch it if you dont want to install it for me
