Bad service

Firstly I want to say how BAD DSTV IS. I get home after paying R1800 on my account with dstv about 2 weeks back. Just to phone in and see that my decoder has been switched. I phoned in twice and they aren't able to help me. I am very unhappy. They even removed my account from dstv.
