bad service

I was never informed that they are going to do away with the walka devices . the never sent me a sms or phoned or even a message on the tv. I had to phone in and find out. what gets me is when i need to pay they know what my number is but when it matters they forgot it. on top of that they keep taking channels away from the smaller option. I Have the small option cos money is taught but really this is ridiculous .
