bad service

I went to Polycup Tech today to have my dstv installed I was there around 12:40, I told them I'm working night shift and I left after being told the guys are going to call me within a hour 2hours later I went back and I was told they will send a different guy and I waited. I left home around 17:10 for work and only received a call from 079821.....asking for directions to my place at 17:30 already at work by that time and he tells me since I'm not at home they will come to my place on Monday because they don't work during weekends.Multichoice please intervene because this guys are *********** and they don't care are us the customers.
