Yazi. I've been on the phone with multi choice for the past 45 to an hour. I have never in my life experience such poor service. After a guy cut the call on me another lady told me my account was due since February.
I have a debit order with multi choice but seemingly every month I have to call them to remind them to debit my account. They told me I owe them R436 if I am not mistaken only for them to debit R155 on the 28th of August 2018. After the lady I spoke to told me she can't debut my account because it's after hours bank are closed but she goes and not debit the whole amount of R436 but aR155, without my knowledge. A day later they then debit my account again with an amounth of R436 . I then reverse the amount of R155 because it was taken without my authority. Today they decide to disconnect my service for what reason no one can tell me. Apparently the other one's system is not work and the other guy can not hear me and dropped the call on me. How rude and ***********. This is by far the worse service I've received in my life. The government needs to find competition for multi choice because their services is sad (for lack of a better word)

Best regards,
Dear Ntsiki,
It is with regret that we learn of the frustration and inconvenience you have experienced with our service. Please accept our sincerest apologies in this regard.
Our records indicate the July 2018 debit order payment came back unpaid. The amount of R155.36 was the outstanding balance left after the services were suspended for the days viewed before disconnection.
The above amount was supposed to be debited and our records indicate it has been reversed. Inconsistencies in payments will result in the account being suspended multiple times by the system and R50.00 reconnection fee constantly charged.
Currently the account has a balance of R225.37 due to payment. Kindly ensure this amount is settled to avoid future billing problems. This amount will ensure the account is up to date till the 27.09.2018. Should you wish to have this amount debited please confirm or you can make a manual cash payment.
The monthly subscription of R405.00 will be due on the 28.09.2018.
Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers.
Please be assured of our best service and intentions at all times.
Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us send an email to *** .
Kind regards
Edward.
