bad service
i have paid my DSTV but it got disconnected and no one is willing to assist me, i have been taken to pillar to post about it and send proof of payments, my children are without TV this is not write you must fix your systems, i want this sorted out today. ********** 0

Our records indicate the services are active on the account.
Please note that a bank statement only is not sufficient proof as it contains very limited information.
Ideally a valid slip or, EFT bank notification on a bank letter head in a PDF format, or receipt showing the amount, date and reference used, and payment reference number, would suffice as a proper proof of payment.
Please send us the proof of payment that you can download from your online app, we will assist accordingly.
Attach the proof of payment and send an email to *** .
