bad service
i paid my account via EFT on sunday but i keep receiving notification saying that i did not pay
can someone tell me whats going on, because the agents i spoke with they said i will receive sms saying i have paid and my services wont be suspended even if i pay using EFT

EFT payments do no reflect immediately on the system. As a result of this the system kept generating and auto payment SMS notification. If the payment is made you need not to worry about anything. Our records indicate the payment only reflected on the 04.07.2018.
Please understand that during peak month transactions banks are experience an influx of transactions which results in payment delays from time to time.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
