Bad service

im so not happy with the services with dstv i feel ****** as a pensioner, i went to the dstv at jabulani mall on the 26/05/2018 and i ask how much should pay for the services to be active until the end of the month and i told the agent im only getting money on the 1 of the month and wanna changed my package to the R99 package that i was using before cause the full channels is to much for me, I was told to pay R340 to have the full channels until month end and change the date to the last day of the month so that i can pay on the 1 and change back to the old package that i was using and i did pay the money i was adviced and also change the date of payment but on the 1 when i called to change the package i was now told i cant change on the package as it the 1 i cant only change on the last day of the month, i told the agent i was adviced to pay R100 on the 01/06/2018 for the new package call as i cant afford the full channels i was now adviced to wait until i was disconnected first then call to have the amount for the package i wanna use and pay the reconnection fees as well or have to pay the amount for the full dstv channels, that is so unfair to me as a client
