BAD SERVICE
I'M SO UPSET RIGHT NOW , I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE CALL CENTER, TO SEND A DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT HOW HARD IS THAT , WHEN I RUN OUT OF AIRTIME ,I BUY ANOTHER AND I CALL BACK NO ONE CAN CONTINUE FROM WHERE W LEFT OFF , THEY SEEM CONFUSED ALL THE TIME .THIS IS **** SERVICE CAUSE YOU KNOW YOU DON'T CALL CLIENTS BACK JUST BE QUICK K AND KNOW WHAT YOU DOING , THE LAST ONE I SPOKE TO THE LINE WAS BAD ON HER SIDE ,

As per our telephonic conversation:
We confirm we have scheduled an Ad-Hoc debit order to run tomorrow morning 03.05.2018. An SMS notification will be sent to you. The amount of R256.77 will be deducted.
Currently the services are active on the DStv Access package. We will also monitor the account to ensure the Ad-Hoc runs successfully.
Please accept our sincerest apologies in this regard.
Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers.
