bad service
its me again,i have installed the dstv now app on my phone however when i try to log in a watch live tv i cant it gives me and error message,i spoke to the consultants they cant assist.i was told to reboot,switch off my phone uninstall the app and install it i still cant watch the live tv no one is willing to assist but they are busy advertising dstv now but we cant get the service i am paying a lot of money.

Thank you for sending us your query.
Please follow the steps provided below:
- Go to the Settings option in the menu in the DStv Now App.
- Select Manage Devices.
- Remove all instances of the device they are currently using as well as any others they may not be using anymore (select REMOVE and then CONFIRM, to complete this step).
- They will then see their device in the list with a Register button next to it, select Register.
- Select Confirm, to complete the process.
- Return to live TV or Catchup and continue watching video.
