Bad service

I am very disappointed with multiplechoice, multichoice normally debit every month on the 25th and I wasn't aware that they didn't debit although there was money.

On the 14 September 2019 I received a SMS notification that my services were cut bcos of Payment. I immediately transferred R470 from ABSA but my account was never opened.
