Bad service
You dstv you are full of ******* we upgraded our decoder to the one of 500 monthly for 24 months the upgrade took place in December and we where told they will come and install the new decoder on the 4th of January till today nobody pitch to install but you debited our account 700 your service sucks seriously I have been phoning your call centre of which they don’t know how to assist us they keep saying they will escalate the matter we ended up canceling the upgrade and have to activate our old decoder am so disappointed in you as always aaagh
