Bad service

I am disappointed because this Nesta person DID NOT HELP ME at all even after i have sent the necessary document she did not get back to me it has been another month and still nothing,every time i call looking for her all i get is I will be called after an hour and no one ever calls me,when i send her an email she doesn't even respond .Multichoice been nothing but stressful their employees always promised me lies.Last week i spoke to lady was told that the finance department will call after an hour and its been a week already and no call from Multichoice came through. <br> I am utterly disappointed at their services .It has been nothing but bad and ridiculous . <br>
