Bad service

My Rooter was delivered but without a simcard still waiting on them to deliver my simcard. i was advised by a consultant to go to any DSTV store they will assist i went to Mall of the South but they said they dont keep simcards they will send an email to the the Randburg branch this issue has been going on since May. They say they calling me and i do not answer my phone and it does not even ring i only see their missed call always.

This is not on i am very very much disappointed by muiltichoice service.
