BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!
Worst customer service ever!!! I have had the same problem of being billed incorrectly twice now. The customer service attendant Karen Padavattan was of no assistance besides telling me to a MultiChoice branch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why are you working in a customer service centre?
