Bad service

I have signed up for a price look with Multi-choice in 2018,the agreed amount have been debited from my account at the end of each month.From November i started having problems with my services and was disconnected due to non payment which they claim my bank had reversed the money being debited.When i inquired with the bank they had said that the funds were received by multi-choice. i have called several times but was given so many reasons i could not understand.

The customer have to be notified if the debited order was not received so he or she can make proper arrangements,Terms and conditions should be explained properly to the customers.I only knew when i called the call center that due to no funds received i am now in arrears and need to pay cancellation fee of which i was never even aware of it. Customer needs to be informed in a event that the money the debit order never went off due to insufficient funds. if Dstv can have a competitor they might actually value customers.
