Bad service
I keep on having these bad experiences South African call centres are the worst but dstv takes the cake. We called to add internet to our package, then they said they would call us to let us know when its on ots way. So me and my husband keeps receiving calls only for the phone to ring for 10secs then ended pr when you answer no1 speaks. Is this what they get paid for? To waste peoples time. Now that we calling to cancel the internet cause they just being a nuisance, they saying we have to cancel our whole package and not just the internet. We had a package without internet since forever why cant we have it now?
