Bad service

I have been calling and texting you guys for a month now. I have been logging calls with your customer service department but they fail to get hold of the price lock department. No joy is given, this happened after you guys debited 2,800 on a pricelock of R549, I called but no response or anything until to date. All I get is flactuating prices that you guys say I owe you, which ombudsman guides you because clearly you breached our agreement.
