Bad service !!!

I spoke to a senior employee named Arshin.. very dissatisfied the way my query was handled. I spoke to over 5 consultants none of them could resolve my query. I was asked to send proof of payment and received no response from them I was even informed that sometimes payments reflects and sometimes not, dont these people know what they doing?
