Bad Service
we called the called centre and they said we can download the form and email both our ID's and Proof of Residence. we did that and submitted as requested. a day later we got an email from Lesego Kwapeng saying that there's an overdue of r169. we did the transfer on the 10th of July of r169 and forwarded proof of payment to them. then no one come back to us. we decided to call in again and we were told there's an overdue of 46c, we immediately transferred R1.00 and forwarded proof. on Saturday nothing had been done. we called them again and we were told the r1.00 does not reflect on the system I found that so dumb cause proof is there what else is needed? Thato Molefe rep**** days later on our case number (***) saying they will require ID copies for both of us and proof of residence and change of ownership form. I found that absurd cause we have submitted them and paid the overdue. I then wrote back and asked them why cant they take the case number they provided us and track our history from day1 and Noncaba Ncuthe emailed to apologize then we were told the change will be done after the 2nd. till today I am without a dish waiting for the 2nd. is this right though?
