Bad service

Dstv sucks,I made a double payments at the end of January I was told and sent a email I would receive my refund by 16th feb its the 18th and still nothing as the refund was supposedly only processed on.the 8th . I email and contact them on Facebook only to be told they having technical issues and received a different story that I would receive my money in 21 business days but the email said with in 3-5 business days. Every agent I speak to lies to me . Im fed up with dstv such poor service,problem after problem with them. They should train their staff property not train them to lie to customers I requested a manager call back no one has called me back disgusting service .
