Bad service

Wish i never spent my money paying dstv its worse thsn its rude agents the service we get from this is horrible .i changed my package to compact plus it played for 2days whats making me sick i paid for it .nd changing my package resulted for my dstv to switch off i called the m sure 4 times to reconnect me back .today morning i wake up changex back to compact after ai spoke to a rude and sarcastic agent by the name of Thando he was so rude .requested for a teamleader to call he told it wont happen asked y he said his workibg from home i guess working from home means u cnt escalete M cancelling this dstv is abusive srs
