Bad service

I bought internet and I was to activate it I need to make a payment which I did on the 30th and since then it has never worked I have made thousand calls and have been to the service center numerous times with no assistance. Today which is the 18th I am told that it has never been activated because I wanted to cancel worse I have to pay about R2000 for something that I have ever used
