Bad Service

<p>So, after my Hellopeter review yesterday, Multichoice responded saying a consultant would call me. This never happened. No email and no phone call. This deserves a STAR for their customer service, shows how valued a client I am.</p> <p>Then Multichoice debits my bank account with R1 203.20, an amount different from what was communicated to me on Friday the 3rd of February by their consultant Mankge Petse of R 1 055.00, one thousand fifty five as he said. I don't know where the extra R148 comes from and it is not my fault that R1055 was communicated to me. Clearly this contract means nothing to Multichoice as they are the one failing to honour it.</p> <p>One would have expected t receive communication from Multichoice stating that, this is the balance from your old DStv account, that will be transfered to our New Explora account and this is the balance owing for the month of January and that will be deducted from your bank account together with the February premium. This never happened. I only received this information on request from Mankge on Friday and the total came to R1055. MULTICHOICE RECORDS ALL PHONE CALLS, IT WON'T BE HARD FOR THEM TO RETRIEVE THIS CONVERSATION.</p> <p>I give Multichoice until 12:00 today to advise when am I getting my refund of R148, failure thereof will then result in me canceling the debit order and the contract that they have already dishonoured.</p>
