bad service

<p>i went to DSTV multichoice on the 28/08/2016 to do the change of ownership on my late mother decorder number u ********** 19 to be on my account ********** 8 and i told the guy who helped me to swap the packages around i was paying R219 on my old decorder u ********** 17 the guy name who helped me is Tswarelo at Maponya mall and everything went up until the next morning , coming to my surprise the packed ithat i payed all this donkey years just changed in a blink of an eye this is not on really total ******* this is day light ******* i want my package back for R219 that includes channel 161, i end up upgrading so that i can get 161 which was not on my budget can someone rectify the whole stupid thing or should i say *******</p>
