bad service

<p>We do every month an EFT payment on our DSTV account but our DSTV account is not right. When we phone DSTV to know why our account keeps saying your account is in arrears they say our EFT payments does not shows on the system but there are people sees the EFT payments our account but DSTV sents our EFT payments back we can not pay and pay our heads off to can watch tv but we can not watch because they keep switching off the DSTV because they sents our EFT's back we are fedup with this and we can not phone every time about R100 of airtime out to sort this out </p>
