bad service

<p>I went and bought a dstv decoder at dstv bloed street in pta.. told the lady at the counter im new to dstv and must explain everything but i wasnt told much, i purchased a decoder for R499 of which im being told the real price is R399, today 2015/07/21 i took the decoder back of which its not even 24hours to swap for the one for R599 and i was told they cannot take it back since its under my name, i asked to talk to the owner of the store and he refused, im very hury because i was not told i have to pay extra money for installing extra view while its best to install the normal dish.... now i have to pay an extra R1300 to install.. please assist</p>
