BAD SERVICE

<p>I called in to multi choice to cancel my subscription until further notice and I spoke to Joseph, who informed that he is disconnecting it for me, I asked him multiple times if they would be debiting my account this month and the words he used were "we shouldn't" and thats all he kept on saying like he didnt know his story. On Monday 30/05/2016 my account was debited with R459, I called on 30/05/2016 and enquired on the debit order and I was told that my account was never disconnected and the funds will be reversed back into my account within 7-14 working days. 02/06/2016 R 429.39 was reversed back into my account. I called once again to query the amount because its not the same amount that was debited and the consultant just laughed at me like I said something funny and requested to put me on "hold" which was actually "mute" and didnt come back onto the line until I hung up. </p> <p> </p> <p>I didnt know that the consultants at multichoice laugh at the clients, I am very disappointed and disgusted at the service received, especially today as the consultant did not know his job and felt the need to laugh at my query.</p> <p>What happened to the training at multichoice - the service is appalling</p>
