bad service
I pay my dstv yearly and today they just cut me off as my yearly subscription ended today.<br> that is great what about the good service of phoning,e mailing,sms ing or any other method of informing me the client that my service is nearing a end.<br> no they wait for the client to call them.<br> really bad service .<br> also they just removed animal planet channel from my package without any consultation.<br> anyone know another service provider?<br> please call me *** paul.<br> I do not want to use dstv multichoice.

We've tried to contact you on your mobile number provided, however you were not available. Please be advised that your annual contract started from the 10th April 2015 until the 9th April 2016. Confirmation about our price increase was successfully forwarded to your e-mail address on the 8th March 2016.
