BAD SERVICE

<p>I have a problem on my account that is causing dstv to switch of services the whole time, I have been trying for 4 months now to sort it out but everytime I phone them they promise that the right persons will phone me back and they never do. I have spoken to atleast 8 - 10 different people and all of them promises that the right person, whoever that may be, will phone me back. My services has been switched off again now and they were supposed to phone me back yesterday and offcourse never did and now my dstv is still off due to failure on DSTV side to do their job. I am considering cancelling the service at this stage it will be easier than handeling with this every month. I am really not happy with them.</p>
