Bad service

<p>I have laid a complainst on their website 3 days ago and still have not receive any feedback from them. I would like to know why i cannot choose a smaller package as the Call centre agent told me i must wait until the 28th. I currently do not have any package active at the moment and wanted to switch my dtsv on again..</p>
