BAD SERVICE

DSTV they are messed up ,they give people rewards and then they want them to pay for they debited my account for R1500 ,I called them on the 28 august spoke to the guy by nameLonwabo Nqondela,he told me i must pay my usual amount for the DSTV which I did but now my DSTV is not playing I called again today spoke to two people no one is helping ,spoke to Thando and Jonas molepo they say they will call me back but they didn't, I want my money back
