Bad service

I am seven days adventist so I don't watch TV sunset Friday night to sunset saterday. I had an error massage on my dstv since Friday night on saterday night at 11:30pm massage is still here but when dstv wants there money they want it I'm paying for what service now. The self help service is not assisting me they can't clear the error. Please leat someone contact me cause to call them dstv is another problem then also u have to speak to a machine first more money at the customers cost for what service???
